Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a technique used by physical therapists to treat myofascial pain syndrome – a chronic pain disorder caused by the tightening and sensitivity of the tissues that support and surround muscles throughout the body. Myofascial release reduces pain by easing the tightness and tension in trigger point areas where the pain may be more severe. Our team utilizes Release and Trigger Point Release Massage techniques that are most effective for soft tissue injuries and/or musculoskeletal pain.
