COVID-19 Video Update

We Are Taking Extra Precautions for All Visits in Clinic

To reduce the spread of COVID-19 we kindly ask the following:

  • In order to comply with the Stay In Place order, only patients may be in the CPC waiting room. If you have a driver, family member or friend bring you to your appointment or procedure, please have them wait in the car during your visit. If you require assistance getting in the clinic, you may have someone bring you in and then return to their vehicle. This is essential to maintain adequate social distancing and keep you safe.
  • Please ensure that only patients are in the waiting room. If you require assistance, please let our team know or have someone assist you and then wait in the car until your visit is complete.
  • Before coming to your appointment please take your temperature. If your temperature reads 100 or above do not come in. Instead, call to discuss options.
  • If you have done any international travel or have been at an airport in the last 2 weeks please call the office before attending your appointment to discuss options.

CPC Physical Therapy is Open at Both Sites. The Ambulatory Surgery Centers Will Also Remain Open.

Both the Lakewood and the Denver sites will remain open during this time. If you are not able to make it to your clinic visit, procedure visit or physical therapy due to illness, quarantine or health risk factors, please reach out to us to discuss options for care.

Thank you, we are all in this together and we at CPC remain committed to your well-being,

This page will continually be updated with the latest information as we assess the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
