Therapeutic Exercise

Developing a patient-specific exercise program is vital to reinforcing the procedures and interventions performed during your Physical Therapy appointments.

Therapeutic exercise may include but is not limited to, stretching, self-mobilization, selective muscle activation, strengthening, balance, neuromuscular re-education, nerve mobilization, postural correction, gross movement patterns, and progression of activity.

A Home Exercise Program (HEP) may be created to guide your rehab outside of the clinic environment if indicated.
