Transparency in Healthcare Prices/ Senate Bill 17-065
Colorado Senate Bill 17-065, also known as “The Transparency in Health Care Prices Act,” now codified as Colorado Revised Statute 25-49-103, helps to ensure that “self-pay” pricing is available to the public. Colorado health care providers are required to post their 15 most common procedural codes, the description of services for these codes, and the “self-pay” prices for these services from the prior 12 months.

The health care pricing described below for any given health care service is an estimate and actual charges for the applicable service are dependent on the circumstances at the time that such service is rendered.
