Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for greeting incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner and completing the check in procedures by following the established guidelines.
  • Responsible for all answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner and routing to the appropriate party.
  • Maintain the smooth flow of communication between patient, provider, medical assistant, and all clinic/pharmacy staff.
  • Provide customer service in accordance to clinic mission. Demonstrate the ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with patients and family members.
  • Completes administrative duties that ensure the patient’s visit is smooth, billing can be processed in a timely manner. This includes updating/verifying patient information, payment collection and documentation as required, and documentation of money kept in office.
  • Ensure front office remains clutter free and organized. Maintain cleanliness of all common patient areas.
  • Schedule preparation, and appointment scheduling for multiple services.
  • Attend meetings trainings as requested. In person and online training may be required.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance to policy and procedure and HIPAA requirements, with integrity and honesty.
  • Performs duties to achieve or exceed established service standards.
  • Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility at CPC.
  • All opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
  • Ability to work both independently, as well as collaboratively.
  • Enact proper chain of command for patient complaints.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing safe and effective perioperative care to patients undergoing invasive procedures.

  • Performing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care, stress test evaluations, cardiac monitoring, vascular monitoring, and health assessments
